ZHI SPA Reviews

Wow I was exhausted and I stopped there for Massage. My feet were so much tired from driving back from Canada.Anna gave me the best massage I had in my life. I don’t know if it was because I was so tired but her techniques were are incredible. I will advise anyone that it’s near this store to stop by and have a wonderful experience and enjoy every minute. THANK YOU ANNA !!! Next time I am near your store hundred percent I will stop again. By the way, happy new year to you and all your people that work there.

Cancelled my scheduled couples massage, through text, on Valentine’s Day only a couple hours from my reservation that I drove 3 hours to. Refusing a refund. When i asked why wasn’t I informed 2 days ago when I called to confirm and she stated they were just bought by a new owner between then and now:) save your time and money.

I had a terrible experience here. My massage was veryyyyy painful and not relaxing at all. The atmosphere was good. It was clean. But the massage itself did not feel good at all. My wife and I were both sore afterwards and did not feel relaxed. We were both squirming and yelping in pain but we paid for the service so we stuck it out. Never will be returning. We were then asked for a tip. This was very unprofessional in no way am I obligated to tip for a service I paid for and did not enjoy. Whether I said something or not. I paid for it before hand. I was asked if I wanted medium or hard and then pressed on with boney thumbs like a pizza dough VERY HARD. none of it felt nice or relaxing.

Absolutely amazing . I highly recommend to anyone in the area. Very easy to book appointment, prices were great. As soon as I walked in I was greeted politely, taken back immediately and masseuse got right to it. She asked my choice of pressure medium or hard and she did exactly everything I expected to get. One of the things I really appreciated was how comforting the environment was very mellow and relaxing . I am very pleased and I will be back. Exceeded my expectations I would probably rate Zhi spa one of the best massage parlors in the area and I have been to quite a few.

I been seeing this place for awhile and decided to check them out today. I had the best one hour massage with peppermint oil. Her hands was so soft but she hit every knot I had in my back & neck. I highly recommend this place. I will be back soon
